What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a free audit, we save what you enter — your name, phone number, email (if given), business details and message — so our team can reply and keep track of your request.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, send you confirmations and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver the project. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Who helps us
Enquiries are stored in a secure database (Neon). Emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. These services only process your data on our behalf.
Cookies and ads
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries from our Facebook and Instagram ads. It may set cookies in your browser. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook settings and your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Free tools
The calculator, Vision Test and planner run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not saved or sent anywhere unless you tap a WhatsApp button.
